STEELTECH Soutner is used for all heat processing requirements in ayurvedic and food processing industries. In this machine a group of stirrers are used for fine blending of materials and to avoid material to get burnt as in the case of manual method.
The required heat is produced by steam or thermic fluid or by LPG. High quality thermal insulation provided around the vessel, helps easy operation and to reduce heat loss. The processed medium is discharged through bottom discharge valve. The machine is providing with suitable motor and gear box mounted at bottom. STEELTECH Ribbon Blender
STEELTECH Ribben blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the container of Ribbon Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Ribbon Blender gives best result for mixing of dry powder & granules due to the design and shape of the mixing ribbon and product container. It can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical , cosmetic products, cattle feed etc. Material should be charge from the top side. One discharge valve provided at the bottom side at center of the container.
Multiple blades set at different angles on the horizontal shaft sweep the entire length of the mixer trough. They have the effect of moving alternate sections of the mix towards the center of trough and remainder towards the outer ends. In this type blender the powder moves from center to the end of container and end of container to the center of container. Hence requirement of total mixing time is very less and the RPM required are also very less.The machine is provided with mild steel / stainless steel vessel, reduction gear box and motor. It consists of a rigid cast iron body carrying the main spindle sleeve on the front of which is mounted the over hung stainless steel container.The drive to the mixing paddle is from a motor mounted at the machine, through V belts.
