STEELTECH Vacuum evaporator is used for concentrating useful solids available in any liquid product , by removing the waste water contained in it. The evaporator takes a very special care to ensure that the original properties of the products such as flavor, taste and color are retained even after the process.It consists of all stainless steel calendria including the outside steam chamber, vapour seperator, vapour interconnecting pipe with hold up for locking return water from condencer.

Machine consists of stainless steel perforated vessel, outer guard and collection tray and is driven by an electric motor. The bottom piston is used for removing the waste. STEELTECH Colloid mill is suitable for homogenising emulsifying dispersing, mixing, comminuting of liquids to highly viscous products. It is based on rotor – stator principle, It is available in plain as well as water jacketed.Heating and cooling arrangment provided during the operation.Product is feed to the operating ares of a rotor, having a speed of 3000 R.P.M by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high sheer, pressure and friction between the stator and rotor , the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharges section. This processed product continously leaves the mill through the drain pipe, if required, it can be recirculated. It is a versatile machine for homogenizing and milling upto 5 to 10 micron particle size.

STEELTECH Fermentation tanks is used for fermentation of ayurvedic medicines.The tank is made out of high grade stainless steel.

STEELTECH Pressure drug boiler is used for the preparation of decoction and syrup in ayurvedic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Firing system is Liquefied Petroleum Gas. It is attached with high pressure LPG burner, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, and safety valve.

STEELTECH Basket Centrifuge is used for separating the solids & liquids by centrifugal force using a filter media (usually a cloth) mounted over supporting mesh, which are together supported inside the rotating basket.

The Centrifuge is composed of shell, dynamically balanced rotational drum, basement, transmission parts and brake component. The slurry to be filtered is fed through the feed nozzles to the basket and due to centrifugal force the liquid is forced out through the filter media while solids are retained  within the filter media inside the basket. These solids then separated are discharged by various discharging methods.

STEELTECH Syrup mixer is suitable for the mixing of target materials in liquid state. The mixer is horizontal type mixer with single agitator. The agitator is removable so that it is easy to clean. The parts surfaces which may touch the mixing material are made of stainless steel, so they are good corrosion-resistant.

STEELTECH Ointment mixer is suitable for the mixing of target materials in paste state. The mixer is horizontal type jacketed vessel with single agitator. The vessel is heated with steam or electric oil filled in the jacket of the vessel. The agitator is removable so that it is easy to clean. The parts surfaces which may touch the mixing material are made of stainless steel, so they are good corrosion-resistant. The mixing trough can automatically reverse for discharge.
