STEELTECH Vacuum Filling Machine is designed to continuously fill glass bottles of various shapes & sizes with accurate quantity of various liquids such as syrups, oils, perfumes, liquid soaps, milks, beverages, & many other free flowing liquids. It is compact & occupies very little space. The four castors provided under the machine render it mobile. The machine is basically build on a frame of sturdy angles. It runs on a single phase motor coupled to a vacuum pump responsible for creation of vacuum which actually sucks the liquid. The table top & other contact part are made up of stainless steel.The operation of filling the bottle is extremely simple. The bottle to be filled is pressed under the sponge washers provided under the heads with the nozzle inside the bottle. As soon as this is done, liquid starts flowing in & fills up the required quantity after which the excess liquid flows back to the reservoir through the arrangement of PVC pipes. The bottle can now be removed and the operation repeated for the next bottle. The machine prvides very accurate and hyginic method of filling.

Firing system may be Steam or Thermic fluid. Proper thermal insulation is provided as per requirement.
